About us

The periodical „Consortio – Journal of Economics, Social Sciences, Law and Education” is an interdisciplinary scientific journal, the purpose of which is to discuss important problems in selected fields of science and to present practices; researchers, experts and decision-makers of the latest knowledge on the condition and prospects for the development of economy, social policy, social economy, pedagogy and education, sociology, law and regional policy throughout Europe, with particular emphasis on Eastern and Central Europe, as well as Israel and Turkey.
The journal also serves as a forum for discussion and exchange of views on these important scientific issues. It provides all interested parties with the opportunity to express their views and present research, as well as arguments – based on knowledge, experience and research results – for use in the discussion. We want to present different views, present the creation of new solutions and the assessment of existing scientific views and knowledge on selected fields of science. We are open to the diversity and innovative approach to the research topics of the presented scientific fields.
Downloading an article is free of charge and there is no limit to the number of downloaded articles. The journal may, in justified cases, use the abbreviated name „Consortio”.
We are convinced that only education gives a chance for scientific and social development and makes social differences smaller. Through education and science, the progress and development of individuals and states is possible. Hence, our publishing activity will be of an important nature, also in terms of international cooperation.

Eastern Partnership

A separate tab/section of the portal is the Eastern Partnership. It is devoted to this important European project. It will contain opinions, comments, articles and journalism related to this program. We believe that non-governmental organizations should act for the free movement of views, social thoughts and research, as well as civic initiatives and the development of education in European countries that are not EU members. The Eastern Partnership is an important EU program in this area.
